Welcome to Notary Nexus. By using our notarial services, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") provided by Notary Nexus ("we," "us," "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before utilizing our services.
1. Notary Services Provided
Notary Nexus offers a range of notarial services, including but not limited to:

Acknowledgments: Verifying the identity of the signer and confirming that the document is signed voluntarily.

Jurats: Administering an oath or affirmation and witnessing the signing of a document.

Oaths and Affirmati-s: Administering oaths or affirmations
legally required.

Certified Copies: Certifying that copies of documents are true and accurate.

Witnessing Signatures: Witnessing and verifying signatures on documents.
Please note that we do not provide legal advice, document preparation, or any services outside the scope of notarization.
2. Fees and Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept [list payment methods: credit card, PayPal, cash, check, etc.]. Fees are subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes prior to service.
3. Scheduling and Availability
Appointments for notarization can be scheduled via [phone, email, online booking system]. Notary Nexus is available during regular business hours [Insert Hours of Operation], with additional after-hours and weekend availability upon request and based on availability.
• Cancellations/Rescheduling: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to [insert time frame] before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee of $50
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:

Providing Valid Identification: You must present valid, government-issued photo identification (e.g., driver's license, passport) at the time of service.

Completing Documents: Ensure that the documents you are presenting for notarization are comp-te and ready for signing. We cannot notirize incomplete or blank documents.

Voluntary Signing: Confirming that you are signing the documents voluntarily, without any duress or coercion.

Legal Documents: You are solely responsible for ensuring that the documents you are notarizing comply with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the client fails to meet these requirements.
5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and are committed to keeping your personal information and documents confidential. All details provided during the notarization process will be handled in accordance with privacy laws unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by you.
6. Liability Limitation
By using our services, you acknowledge that Notary Nexus is not responsible for the content, legality, or validity of the documents being notarized. Our duty is limited to verifying the identity of the signer(s) and ensuring that the notarization process is conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
We are not liable for any legal issues, disputes, or consequences arising from the documents being notarized.
7. Compliance with State and Federal Laws
Notary Nexus follows all state and federal notarial laws and regulations. Our notaries are licensed and bonded as required by law. We reserve the right to refuse any notarization request that does not comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration in Polk county
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the
"Effective Date" will be updated. By continuing to use our services after such amendments, you agree to the updated Terms and Conditions.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the notarial services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we determine that the client is in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or if there is a legal or ethical issue related to the notarization.
